Funny Paint Texture - Anyone know

Very hard to describe what im about to say. The paint reflection on the rear panels doesnt look sharp, like most of my panels have a nice reflection, but some have a kind of blurred dimple / circle look.

Better if i had a pic, but someone may know what i mean. Is it just bad wax, need machine polishing, bad panel....etc

I went to take picture as i couldn't describe it. Look at the trees, they seem blurry

I've seen this before, it is actually on all cars I've had...I actually had the reasoning described to me by a paintist but I cannot for the life of me remember why. Argh. Your paint isn't broken, so don't worry! Haha

Yeah but i see other cars with bendy panel and they look ok, so you are saying cant do much with it?  :sad1:

Orange peel effect, usually caused by poor painting technique. I think it can be smoothed by wet sanding but quite time consuming I imagine, wouldn't recommend diy'ing it yourself either.
