Petrol Exhaust onto a Diesel Car

Just a quick question>

would anyone know if i'll encounter any problems fitting a petrol car's exhaust onto a diesel car???

basically fitting an R Line backbox (dual exit) onto my scirocco GT Tdi.

don't really want to fit and have errors coming up.
