312mm brake upgrade

Iv got the 288mm on mine at the moment. Iv got the carriers and discs but which pads? Do i now need GTI pads? OEM best?

288 and 312mm discs use the same pads (and calipers). Best putting new pads on if discs are new. OEM is good
