how crazy is it though that a car at that speed these days would make that corner!

Still can't defeat physics though!

no definately not, but looking at the speed of the car and degree of corner, id say with the advances in suspension, chassis and tyre technology, youd get a modern hot hatch around that.

Subject to a clean dry track obviously!

Clean dry track? At the 'Ring?!  :signLOL:

I reckon the rental Kia Pro C'eed 1.4 I last took around the 'Ring might have just barely made that.

I gave it back to the Hertz guy in Frankfurt stinking of clutch and brake and wheezing slightly... He sez to me "car was alright?" (from a distance), I sez "better than expected", toss him the keys and head to my flight :P Good thing he didn't inspect it before I took off!
