....I lost you there - "New bit" of what? The Ring's ancillary buildings? The track road surface?

Ringworld, the massive bit they're building on the side of the F1 track - loads of bars/foody places/hotel rooms/gay clubs..

Still won't beat shovelling a Pinoccio's pizza down your trap whilst getting a lapdance in Adenau, apparently.
