They're way behind in most things car cleaning these days. The only thing going for it is it's availability, but meguiars is quickly catching up. I honestly haven't used anything autoglym for about 3 years

I'd have to agree with JPC, everyone else has had clay out for ages, AG have only just cottoned on to the fact. They'll be bringing out a quick detailer next......

The one and only AG product I use is their Autofresh, spray it underneath your mats and it makes the car smell lovely.

Megs kit is far more advanced and user friendly, and Zaino is even more fantastic IMO  :happy2:

I have only ever used megs clay and found it very good. Recently got some of elite car cares own brand clay, not yet tried it but looks good for the money.

I can usually clay 2 full cars from a single clay bar

JPC:
To be honest, there isnt a huge variation in many clays.

They all are made to a pretty strict patent. Its quite a broad patent so anything remotely like clay has to be specifically made, and obviously to pay the inventor and ABSOLUTE FOOKING FORTUNE!!

Hi! Got my Autoglym Claybar today. Hope to give it a try in the next few days. I normally use Meg's Clay so will be good to compare. I agree that Autoglym are a bit behind in the detailing world but I use their products on a daily basis and have done for many years, as well as other top brands. I can't fault their products but we are all allowed our own opinion!

they are selling the AG clay with a detailer and a microfibre cloth for £24, I thought it was just by itself so cancelled as i had just but a bunch of Megs stuff.
