VAG wins the 1/4 mile sprint, but that RS has a pretty good terminal speed. Another 20 yards and it would have been sailing by the 'Rocco!

Still........VAG Rules! :happy2:

The Scirocco was near 200bhp down on the Focus!

I think it would have needed a bit longer to get by though - it was catching me by the end but not night and day difference!

Here was the shootout between the Revo Stage 4+ Focus RS vs the Revo Stage 3 Scirocco 2.0TSI



And the APR Stage 2+ coded Leon Cupra R against the same Revo Stage 3 Scirocco 2.0TSI. Quoted power and torque figures for both are similar.

The rs is more than 4+ i thought? It's the boy that owns sitech and its 500bhp+?

Aye maybe it is. I thought Stage 4+. Maybe its stage 5. I spoke to him after the race and he said it dyno'd the previous day on either 555bhp or 655bhp - cant remember which.

Aye i'm sure its stage 5 (bigger turbo). Stage 4+ is around 425bhp. Not as quick as you would expect but, suppose its hard to get the power down :driver:
