And as for the pipes all you can do is make sure they are the correct length, avoiding pressure on the connections, make sure all the clamps are seated properly and secure.  :happy2:

Turns out two of the coolant pipes hadn't been fixed correctly - may be it was the cold weather.

Anyway, got a spare set which will be going on sale to recover some the additional fitting costs.

I guess on that basis it's going to be great on a smaller K03?

Anyone, photos of the fitting process?

Photos from the recent Milltek turbo back exhaust installation.

Stock vs Milltek

Stock exhaust removed, ready to welcome the new part.

New kit installed.  Don't like the way the exhaust is resting on the support bracket attached to the subframe.
Looks flimsy!!

A closer shot of the flimsy bit...IIRC RedRobin had to replace his.  Does my one look like its on the way out?

All firmly fixed and mated with the turbo...yeah baby!  :happy2:

Pretty much there, just got to bolt on the support braces.

MAT ED30:
is the cat upside down ie the support been welded on wrong hence is sitting lower

Are you fairly certain about that?
