Anyone recommend a good clutch upgrade

Loba is the safest option for putting alot of power through surely

I will recommend a sachs uprated pressure plate and clutch with a DMF for your typical fast road use, with the LOBA SMF solution as the next step with track days thrown into the equation.
I can't recommend the Sachs SMF solution as it seems their SMF is designed wrong and can result in the clutch being sucked to the SMF which results in not being able to shift at high rpm and do fast shifts.
Both Fuscobal and i have had this issue with the Sachs SMF setup.

I'm running a Helix Fast Road clutch and SMF after a similar experience

Helix clutch works as it should, and doesn't seem dissimilar to standard, but clutch weight felt like gym equipment initially! Its gradually loosened up over the last few months to a more tolerable level.

One thing worth considering, the SMF does noticeable improve engine pick-up, but the idle noise is terrible, even after a few months of having it installed, often sounds like a tractor! I'm tempted to return to a dual-mass.
