Squeal help

Hi all changed my diverter valve today for a rev g one and my old one was split no surprise there really while I was at it I put a forge bov on as well took it out for a quick spin about half an hour ish came home and squeal sound has appeared took the parts back off to check everything was ok, they were fine re fitted them and squeal still there I am almost positive it's coming from the turbo?? Has anyone had this problem??
