Im not sure how that would work legally as the forum would therefore be holding peoples personal information.

I'm with Richwig on this one. Although I am all for a safer environment for us all, this would be IMHO unworkable! :surprised:

1. over the top
2. costly (think £60?)
3. wouldn't necessary stop stuff happening - the scammer might have never been caught before.

People posting up threads of things for sale without any pictures of the items.
That is both really annoying and I think poor practise ... No picture, no for sale thread?
