yellow cupra k1, polish testing
cuprajake:
Well today saw the real start of the build,
id ordered a few bits off ebay, but todays spend was propper
accuair 3 gallon tank
110-145psi pressure switch
viair 380c compressor
air lift rar bags and brackets
two front strut rebuild kits
so with that little lot ordered i built the housing part of it
heres the main base and how it will sit in the wheel well

after that i made a mount for the valves

this will sit on top with the valves underneath hidden away with only the four shreader valves sticking up, the whole thing will be covered in grey carpet

the plan is to have the tank at the back next to the rear panel, then the compressor on the right hand side

Those valves look similar to the ones I used when I started my build on the corsa. They didn't seem to work for me unfortunately. They kept sticking shut and even after taking them apart they still wouldn't work. Hopefully you have better luck than me mate :)
cuprajake:
Time will tell
I used similar ones in the past with good results. So hopefully there ok.
cuprajake:
got a bit more done today,
fitted threaded bar to lift the valves up

Joshy:
You could have bought an AVS switch box that looks like yours :P cracking effort though, it looks amazing so far mate. Going to definitely follow this build.
