....That's a question for Greenouse. Mine were all powdercoated.

When I had my previous car's 18" inch rims done - it was around £60 per alloy. That's for taking the alloys back to bare metal, baking, the lot - as if new from factory.

....That must have been a while ago. You're looking at about a one-er per corner if you go to the really good guys at it.
