Wheel cleaner
MichaelR:
+1 for iron x, its good stuff. I have no experience of using it on polished wheels though.

Dont forget Iron x or any iron removal product is not actually a wheel cleaner. They are an iron contamination removal product.
The plan is to clean and seal the wheels - then only clean them with regular shampoo. Ive never touched my wheels since theyve been on (3 moths+) with either iron x or a wheel cleaner..

I've only used ironx on a new purchase of wheels or if you buy a car ...as above I only clean usually with shampoo as I don't leave it long between washes ...I use autobrite wheel cleaner only through winter if it's been really bad weather and been a couple of weeks between cleans ...
sent using my own fingers

They've been sealed and are regularly washed using shampoo. I'll just leave a wheel cleaner then. The wheels are coming off soon as the salt/grit on the roads will ruin them.
swgti:
Once you've got them sealed properly you should never need to use a wheel cleaner, most of the crud on mine comes off when I pressure wash them (at a safe distance of course ) then I just use a sponge or mitt with normal shampoo.
