Yes it is, hoses came with it too.

They're £189 inc del

At that price I would of thought nothing went into it design and test
I had one on my r26 Megane without realising until my forge unit come
And although they were identical in size shape etc. 
The performance difference was a massive difference even from low down
All my friends thought I had my r26 mapped
