Extremely useful it is too :notworthy:.
Not only was it invaluable for allowing me safe use of my car while my turbo had a leak, but it automatically resets to Revo's 'Stock' if the battery is disconnected for any reason.

My Car never has resetted after a battery disconnect.
I even had the battery off for about 12 hours whilst fitting a few bits to the engine and left the battery off overnight to give it a bit of maintenance.

 - Well mine most definitely has reset to Stock on several occasions, one witnessed by JKM and another witnessed by my VW dealer whose Techie has now left to become a Revo agent (amongst other things).
This is Revo2 I'm referring too. Is yours Revo1 or 2? If you're at Revo1 then I'm thinking they must be different regarding reset.
P.S. - I know from the performance feel of driving the car: "Oops, where's all the grunt gone!?", others may know from logging my car.
vRS Carl:
Im not doubting you mate.
My Car is Now REVO Stage 2+ and the battery has been off at all stages. It's never resetted. May just be a quirk of my car. Dunno

vRStu:
I have to say Carl it is normal for the map to revert back to dull settings if the battery has been off for a while. It's known and excepted by Revo as a function of the way the map is stored in memory.
KRL:
Thanks all. I thought this was case but just wanted confirmation.

Aren't you supposed to be in Disney World :P
As i said though im not doubting anybody but mine has never resetted itself.
Will try again tonight. Will leave battery off and see what it's like in the morning
