Decat downpipe question

Thats the system I have on my car at the moment, its a Blueflame custom exhaust.

Is the downpipe decatted? It looks to me like there is some form of cat on there, maybe a sports cat?

What downpipe will fit with my system? I've seen a toyosports one on ebay but it goes thin at the exhaust end?

This is a lot more confusing than an N/A exhaust system haha.

Not 100% sure what you are asking... but that system does look like it has a 'CAT' in the downpipe.
