^^^^ I'll speak to Alex before I go up there and see what he says, i know he recommends the Ground Control adjustable top mounts BUT they are not the cheapest of things from memory.

Yeah,Alex suggested these for mine too,think its around £400-500 fitted
I still have to decide if I'm selling the car in the next few months,if I keep the R,I would def fit these ground control top mounts
