best place for mapping in the southeast
D8MOA:
Spoke to vizeu and they want £250 for a map and rolling road! And another company in colchester want £250 then i speak to AMD who want £500!!! Are they really worth paying double to use them?
Any other mappers in the southeast who are sensible with the price?
MizGTi:
Planning to go stage 2 and done a lot of research. AMD are close for me but after reading the forum people advise against it as its a generic map. I will be travelling to R-Tech who have great reviews. A friend of mine also took his BMW 5 Series to them for a DPF delete and map and had a few issues. Engine management light still on till this day. They offered to look at it again but told him he had to wait 5 weeks. So from the research i have done i would avoid AMD.

search for viezu (you called them vizeu) in the search function on here and have a read, load of info.
Personally id go R-tech if i was down that way.

Well i nearly spelt it correct haha there is a viezu mapper in kent and looking at some of the cars they have done they look pretty well respected!
R-tech is about 2.5hour drive away and only say a stage 1 map is 280bhp where is other people with a stage 1 ed30 are saying they have over 300bhp
Scottymon:
I'd be comparing the graphs matey, as peak figures mean very little to actual real world performance. A well setup 280 map could produce a much faster car than a spikey 300 BHP one. :happy2:
