Harz's GTI R-Tech stage 2, Recaros and Audi FB steering wheel.
Harz:
So had my GTI for about a week now and absolutely loving it. It's a 2008, 3 door, manual, it came with 19" calibre wheels already on it (which has 235s and I think I need to change for 225s maybe coz they scrub a bit over dips/rough roads) not sure what j or et yet, haven't had time to get one of them off to have a look.
I managed to give it a quick wash and a coat of Collinite 845 yesterday so I thought I'd take a couple pics. It needs a proper detail, but as I don't have a garage that will have to wait until after winter. Anyway here's the pics

Thanks :happy2:
My brother has got me some team Heko wind deflectors for Xmas.
Need to do a bit more research as I'm a bit of a newb when it comes to performance mods, but I'm thinking along the lines of air filter/exhaust and a linear remap.
Eibach's sportlines.
I'm thinking of changing the head unit, maybe an Alpine with built in sat Nav and Bluetooth/iPod connectivity and amp and sub.

Car looks nice! Not a massive fan of the wheels - If you like them that's all that matters! :happy2:
There are so many mods you can do performance and looks wise - Search the forum :happy2:

Cheers... I hear what you're saying about the wheels. They were left on by the previous owner. When I first saw the autotrader photos I was nearly put off because of the wheels, but when I saw the car in flesh they didn't look too bad, the pics don't do them justice. I personally think they're a little too big and would prefer 18"s, but they will do for now. I may spray the spokes a different colour for now.
