GTX2867R or GTX3067R?
Hurdy:
--- Quote from: vRSAlex on January 16, 2014, 08:22:05 am ---First question is what power do you want? Then from there you work out what size turbo, and what size exhaust housing you need.
You don't really need to worry about lag as you laugh in the boost range and always change gear back into the boost range.

A solid 450 - 500bhp just on v-power.

Doing any engine work? What manifold?
Hurdy:
HPA intake mani and Charlie Orpen's mate James at Nortech will be making up the tubular exhaust mani and the exhaust downpipe. Similar to the 1.8 one below.
vRSAlex:
As I know you will want more power eventually, then go for the GTX3076 with the smaller .63 exhaust housing. This will give you 450 at low boost, and over 500 bhp on high boost.
You would ideally need the head porting and a full supertech valvetrain setup to allow faster spool and a raised rev limit.
Don't forget clutch packs, and chuck a diff in at the same time.
I should have my test SEM inlet mani soon. Will be a fraction of the cost of the 30000000000% bigger HPA :signLOL:.
