GTX2867R or GTX3067R?

my ex girlfriend told me that bigger is always better!

BEN81:
Unless your chancing numbers from a drivability side if things I wouldn't run the 3076 I run a 3071 and it still has quiet a bit of lag but doesn't bother me due to it being a track car... I would consider a borgwarner EFR turbo as a few people I know have gone over to these and in the twin scroll format they come on boost really low down and pull like a train!

Edit to say my GT3071 equipped car is an escort cosworth

Poverty:
If the EFR fits then EFR.

Remember my mates evo that did 9.1 sec 30-130's on a gtx35? Well my other mates evo with a EFR and 100hp more pulled 10 car lengths on him running 40-160. 100hp difference should not equal 10 car lenghts EFR =  :notworthy:

BEN81:

This is my buddy's VAG engine efr equipped lotus exige running in time attack.... 800kg's running around 500hp.... Should be interesting

Hurdy:
GTX3067R running on Statller's dyno on a Golf R.

Some more tweaking to do but this is a very basic set-up and to get the figures below it was running.

1.6 bar boost through the n75 on a GIAC stage 3 map.
99ron VPower
Pump mode on the map

This R has a stock engine, stock head etc etc and this run was done On a stock Intercooler before fitting the upgrade one!

The scale is blurred a little on the horizontal axis due to the Windows task bar but runs from 1500 to 7000rpm at the yellow line.
Dotted plot is the stage 2+ GIAC extreme map before the fitting of the larger turbo on the same car.

Statllers dyno reads fairly low in comparison to say awesome GTI or R-Tech and you can add a good 6% to the figure on the graph below, which would be 446 x 1.06 = 473bhp.
