Anyone have experience with this machine polisher?

I just got given this Einhell machine polisher for free. Its never really been used, but its a bit of a chunky beast and I'm not sure if its worth giving a try. It looks to spin eliptically and feels quite powerful. It just has one fixed pad on it that you put bonnet style covers over. I dont think the bonnets I got with it are any good anymore, so I dont even know what would be best thing to put on it anyway. Could I just strap a microfibre cloth over it? Has anyone used one of these polishers before? (see pics)

I too would like to know how good these are as I have one sat in my shed at home
And a car full of spider web swirls.

Looks like one Pro's use. If you have not machine polished before i dont know if this is a good starting point, DAS-6 is better for medium to beginners as its dual action, (hard to burn paint)
