decat or 200cell cat?

<< < (2/3) > >>

Knowing what voids insurance is my job and a decat does void the insurance, even if it is declared as a performance system. car has to have one fitted as a requirement for the road whether or not it passes or fails the emissions test. Its like the recent issue of removing dpfs from diesels. For the extra price the sports cats cost in  comparison to the possible loss of being covered if you have the unfortunate event of being involved in a crash. I know what I would do. If you can't afford one know then save up and get one later. Companies are tightening up on claims and assessors do check for any mods that haven't been declared correctly.

Sportscat mate..saves the hassle from insurance if (touchwood)anything happens & saves the hassle to swap bk when it's MOT time

Tamiyoman:
Get a 100 Cell CAT, still passes MOT and slightly better flow  :happy2:
