Jeffchiz:
cheers guys, i just used e-tech tinting spray, ive always used it on other cars, in various colours.

I do want the valance painting weather it happens or not im not sure, i want wheels refurbed, lowered and re-mapped before anything else happens.

I got some pressed plates the other day, not sure whether to put them on as is, or buy some surrounds

Jeffchiz:
I had the low oil pressure light come back on which for those following the thread would remember it came on just after i had the car, the garage basically sorted out everything that was noticeably wrong and the light went off, 5 months later back on, which basically meant one thing; take the sump off and inspect the pump, the gauze on the feed pipe was clogged so that and the sump have been cleaned up as well as other faults the garage found

also had an mot done, only failed on a split cv boot which they fixed and also polished my headlights and took a nail out the n/s/r tyre and plugged it which were advisories

bill still came to £700!! so pretty skint now!

£700?!! :surprised:

Jeffchiz:
One of the remaining advisories on my mot were front tyres having low tread on the inside, so for my birthday I asked for a couple of Michelin Pilot sport 3's, Tom5190 has them on his s3 and recommended them over my bridgestone potenzas which i currently have and even I noticed they arent very good so i took his advise ill get them fitted when i have my wheels refurbed which im hoping will be my xmas pressie ;) I'll then buy my self another couple of ps3's probably early next year when the rears need changing

Im also going to buy some front radius arm bushes as that is the last advisory

girl at work also made me an awesome cake

looked better in person but the details up close are great she really went through my fb with a fine tooth comb but got annoyed when she put the fog lights on the wrong sode of the grille ha

Jeffchiz:
finally got around to getting my pressed plates on today, no more nails sticky pads should do the job!
