So my dad has a 2.0TDI scirocco and he wants to know what the best performance mods are for it

I'm an ex Rocco owner (2.0 TDI 170) and did a LOT of research into this. A remap is the best way to go. For that car there are loads of options out there, but Revo is probably the best  :happy2:

Stage 1 remap.

DPF delete and stage 2 map, makes these pretty fast!
