Issue you have the Filter cones pointing the correct direction though..that doesn't help.

My cracked Milltek downpipe caused my high fuel trim values, not the intake  :angry015:

Well at least we both agree that milltek is sh*te  :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: lol

Well for buying it 2nd hand for small change in 2009, getting it replaced in 2014 for a brand new one free of charge speaks volumes... Wonder if BCS will offer this in years to come for the 2nd hand buyers out there...

It won't crack so it won't be a problem

^^^ True story.

Made correctly, it shouldnt crack at all.

I would say that your experience steve is not common. If that was A. N. Other  then the outcome might have been different.

You hope...it's not the metal that cracks due to rubbish material...it's the flex in the system that determines whether your BCS will last over time  :P

Oh and Richard, if I wasn't a member of a public speaking forum, then yes, it might of been different..but good news and customer after sales should always be made public.

I will also point out, I never asked for a replacement. Hats off to Milltek.

rich83:
Flexi on the BCS is twice as long as on the competition.

Slightly longer than OEM.

Anyway... slightly O/T  :signLOL:
