Stage1 seems to be about 350 from what I've seen so far of the R/S3 tuning

The VWR ones only lower by about 20-25mm so if you want alot then go for H&R or Eibach

So been abit quiet recently but been busy with the car..
Gave it a quick wash on thursday
Some of you might notice the dodgy GB stickers.. yes they were for a reason..
First stop off Dunkirk early Friday morning.
Then onto my home for the weekend, in Trois-Ponts
Saturday and Sunday I spent the day here
For this..
So yep made the trip to Spa for the weekend, SEAT Leon Eurocup.. Thanks to SEAT Sport again for letting me attend.
On the way I had a massive detour in Brussels which involved driving around and around for ages looking for a decent place to park.. Managed 412 miles to the tank though.
On the way back managed 427 miles to the tank. this included a trip into Gent and a trip to the beach.
This was all done on cruise control keeping to the speed limits (mainly 120-130 km/h) in Cupra mode using Drive.
