Semi slicks just on the front

hey guys
is there anyone running semi slick/track/road legal tyres like federal rsr's/toyo r1r's just on the front with it being fwd?
was just wondering it would help alot with getting the power down or will it unbalance the grip etc?
i would run f1 assy 2's on the back

Nah.... bad idea in my opinion.

Be okay for 1/4mile.. But wouldnt be ideal on track
