The clicking will be the throttle body.

So do you think the loud donk is the throttle body also?

Hard to say, but I don't think so. Can't you locate the noise?

I'm going to take the engine cover off tonight and have a good look and listen and try to feel in different places to see if when it makes the clonk if it vibrates or anything anywhere! I'm thinking of buying a VCDS cable so I've got one for future use!

Just asking but did you install the nylon washer on the bolt that secures the intake to the engine?

Yes and does it need any washers inbetween any of that? I used a washer the other side of the metal part (closest to engine) and another washer against the intake pipe after the plastic/nylon washer.
