Got over to Toms Sunday morning to fit the aux lead, cheers bud, doesn't work 100% but cba stripping the dash down to troubleshoot. Will wait till I upgrade the unit.

Managed to clean the car again over the weekend. Not machine polished but it's come up well. Got a price to get the rust sorted, going to try VW next see if I get any joy with them.
