Bought and sold this a while ago. Great car and I hadn't been a Mk5 fan up until I got it but new house move forced sale. Not a GTI but thought I would stick it up here. Still have a few bits buried in my garage that I intend to sell at some stage when I locate them under the boxes.

When I collected it

Cleaned up on standard wheels with new number plate



Added some carbon fibre detailing to the b-pillars, mirror covers and rear diffuser by having them dipped and laquered to break up the red and make them stand out.



And had added this for sounds


Added new wheels Schmidt RACE 2000's by AH Car Design 18x9.5 to complete the finished article before I had to sell.  :ashamed: Still have my other VW though in a Mk2 Jetta GTI 16V that I'll start a thread for after this if anyone is interested. Bit of a long term project  :smiley:
