BWA Cylinder Head on an AXX engine

Anyone in the know be able to tell me if a BWA cylinder head would fit an AXX engine?

My axx engine has had it head is noisy as fu*k rattling bad when I build revs up past 2000rpm the rattle goes. Oil starvation I think. I can get a bwa engine or head will this go straight into my car? Can anyone help

Apart from a remap to correct the timing any other issues to sort if we do this ?
