guide to refurbing monza gti alloys

Bought a 55 plate gt tdi last week with gti monza wheels, the wheels are in very good condition however they have been painted silver...

I really want to polish them up like they are standard, does anyone have a guide on how this can be done? Thanks

you'll struggle by hand...basically need to get it back to bare metal.
just have them diamond cut and relacquered but they will inevitably go back to all powdery after some time.

How much would that cost to have done? Aw I kno its a shame they don't last!

I think I was quoted circa £320 for 4 wheels, by Diamonds of Swindon the other week. Could be less elsewhere but these guys are good

What about chrome powdercoat?
