Interior rattle Please Help

I have something rattling around in the interior i think its from the centre console to arm rest. But hard to know exactly where.

Last night i removed the arm rest was going to remove everything but needed the car this morning.

When i turn, brake or accelerate something is rolling around it does my head in.
