I have dealt with @Eddie-NL many times before, but would really like to say a big THANK-YOU publically on this occasion.

He did a possibly-not-so-simple cluster swap from afar, and with a bit of experimenting with a second set and extra key chips etc, he was always accommodating and helpful.

Top service from a guy with great knowledge, who is a genuine asset to our community.
