I've got a panel filter, was one of my first mods thats leading to this slippery slope of modding lol, what was your running at you stage 1+ @MC71

MC71:
^^^^ IIRC I had a CIA and BCS Powevalve with 200 cell cat at the time, no other mods. Some tuners make that a stage 2 but at R-Tech it's stage 1.5 due to lack of a IC....

R-Tech 1.5 Linear map on my Eddy.....

Should be good for a smidge over 300bhp there. Get a panel filter too - only £35 for a Pipercross filter on eBay

I have never thought of buying a panel filter is there any actual gains from doing so?

GrayMK5GTI:
I got around 7bhp more than any other standard car has run at JKM so it must be good for something. Throttle response was definitely better too  :happy2:

At my local garage there is a panel filter demo - a fan blowing air through a K&n filter, when you swap the K&N for a paper filter the air flow is much less
