Help needed heated washer jet retro fit

Iv had a serch around the form and can't find much information on the retro if I all so would like to fit washer bottle level to any help would be appreciated thanks

I did it on my old car but the loom was part of the headlamp washer loom. The 5.5L bottle from VW came with the second hole pre-drilled which was nice
