So, a few more little updates for the Pirelli..
As stated earlier , after fitting the xenons and auto leveling I was on the look out for headlight washers to keep it as close to factory as possible, Ed contacted me and thanks to @golfman I purchase some of the kit to complete the retro fit  :happy2:

It was a rattle can paint job on the covers which need a little bit of flatting back to bring it up to standard but looks OK from a distance.
I have also changed the grille strip to yellow but the jury's out and may go back to factory red?

And then I made the decision to fit a Mk6 Golf climate panel, love how it displays the info on the RNS...
And thanks to Andy at DAS Auto in Norwich for fitting my S3 rear brake set-up to balance up with the TTS fronts.

I like the yellow grille. Goes well with the fogs and the whole Pirelli theme.

I think it's subtle enough. But feel free to bang a few more pics up! I suppose if you end up deciding you don't like it it's not tough to change back to red.

It's tricky with the front end - making it stand out from a standard car without making it look obviously modded and OTT. I'm going to do all 4 grilles in gloss black at some point, maybe with a smooth grille and slightly smaller plate sitting more flush, just to see if it tidies things up a bit. Xenons are definitely a good look too!

Agreed. Xenon's change the front end in a big way, The grille mod has been done with tape so is a quick fix to return to standard.
didn't want to paint it and regret it..

Xenons are definitely on my list. I think my car actually had some fitted at some point in its life, as it's got the washers in the bumper. Someone obviously harvested them before they sold up!

more than likely your car came the winter pack spec, which come with headlight washers with standard halogen headlights..I doubt they were removed before sale.

The yellow grill suits the Pirelli theme and the yellow fogs. Looking good  :happy2:

The only thing that bugs me about my Golf is the colour, it's a full time job keeping it clean, and with building work going on nearby my car has looked like this nearly even day for a month now. :sad1:
