What are the symptoms?

Since changing my tyres I've had the occasional scraping sound. At first I wondered if it was the slightly wider tyres rubbing but it's more of a metallic sound. Also there is no sign of any rubbing at all.

It only happens occasionally on a sharp bump. Seems to happen both sides.
