I did the exact same. Sold my mk4 r32 and got mk5 gti, a cool car but miss the noise of the r32.

No. what you need to do is go to a garage and set all your tyre pressures correctly (or check they are ok etc). When you know they are ALL correct, get in the car with the ignition on and hold the button down until you hear a beep/chime. Any dash light for the tyre pressure will go out, and the car can now read any loss from 'your set pressures'.
