removing map sensor terminals

Hi,

I've managed to pull the three wires out of my map sensor. i know which wire goes with which number in the plug now but was hoping someone knows of a "DIY" way of removing the terminals from the sensor so i can rewire it!
anything around the house i can use to remove the terminals?
