Problems with mirror movement L/R

Hey guys I noticed this weird thing that I noticed lately and was looking for a solution.

So you know the mirror switch button... the one which controls left / right and heat function..

Well when I set it on the 'Right' and move the mirror, both left and right move. But when i set it on 'Left', only the left side moves.

Can anyone help me out? as its frustrating! :(

Mine does this, thought it was the norm!

it is normal and yes its annoying lol. You can switch the mirror sync off with vcds and individually adjust left and right side mirrors

SI-R32:
You can also switch off in the convenience menu if you have a highline display
