Which HPFP ?
Stu08:
When I go stage 2+ I'll be looking at LOBA. The APR one gets really good reviews; but for the extra money I can't really see the advantage over the LOBA version.
StuF:
Atleast when purchasing a LOBA HPFP if you decided to sell the car and go back to standard it would be much more straightforward to replace the stock HPFP too than messing round with uprated internals
adzg60:
Are there any performance gains from the loba over the auto tech? or is it a case of simplicity and having a new pump casing to go with?
Paradox1:
For anyone planning on fitting the autotech internals, here is a guide - http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?5803771-Autotech-HPFP-Upgrade-full-DIY-guide-with-pics
Can anyone enlighten me as to why everyone chooses the loba and apr over the autotech?
has anyone had the internals fail?

I have had the APR one and changed to the LOBA due to issues with APR customer service. My reason for those choices is i want the peace of mind of having a pump that has been tested before delivery, which a homebuilt Autotech ain't
