Lacquer Peel! help

Hi Guys,

recently started to notice some extensive lacquer peel on my 2007 ed 30 red.  How easy is this to put right? and if left would it continue to get worse?

Where is the lacquer peeling? How large is the area?

Pictures would help people to give advice.
