The car was good enough on the straights. Pity the tyres not being better in the corners but I hope I'll have better ones for the next time. I suffered from too much understeer and I've set the RARB to the stiffer position to improve that now.

I hope you have a great time too! :drinking:

Don't forget to share pictures and videos if possible.

I'm going to order the parts needed to relocate the DV. It's something that all the LHD Ed. 30 would benefit, I think. I don't think the noise pipe is really needed and it's much harder to replace or check the DV where it currently sits.

With the help of @RBS who already did this mod the parts needed are:
-Turbo intake hose: 06F129627H
-Air circulation hose: 1K0145693B
-Pressure hose: 1K0145845A
-DV bracket: 06F145383L
-Hose clamp: N90687101 (x1, since I already have another in my engine)
-Firewall cover: 1K0971866A
-Firewall cover: 1K0971865A

Still not sure how many bolts I'll need for the DV bracket. From the pictures I think I'll need these:
-DV bracket bolt: N91084801 (x3)
-DV bracket nut: N01508213 (x3)

I'd appreciate if someone could tell me if that's the correct number of bolts and nuts for the DV bracket. I've seen DIY referring 4 and another referring 5, but the bracket itself only has 3 holes.

I'm also going to try the GFB+ DV. From what I've seen I'll have to make sure that the piston moves freely on the factory solenoid coil or I'll have to return it.

Sounds like you were driving in S mode, rather than manual. Youd have much better control in M mode

Yeah, I ran mostly in S mode. I didn't feel confident enough with the car to drive it in manual. I tried it for a bit with the paddles but I just messed up the gear changes due to turning the wheel. I still drive the GT Sport most of the days, so I'm not that used to using the paddles. It's easy while driving on the road, the track is much more demanding. :ashamed:

I was more worried about braking in the right spots and doing the best trajectories. Even that I still needed more practice.  :signLOL:
