Candy White Golf GTI Ed. 30 - 8th track day at Estoril

I've read some bed-in procedures, it seems that there are quite a few, it depends on the vendor and application:

I've combined the ideas and then I've taken a 300 km trip at night, on the motorway, doing stops and gradually increasing the braking force.

Thanks for the links. :happy2: I'll check if he does the bedding or not. I do have the impression he's going to do it, because for what I know he'll also want to know what's the real power of the new brakes.

Nice! you've been waiting long enough to get that lot installed.

Indeed, but my waiting period to get all done will be long too. My mechanic is going on "forced" holidays this year or his girlfriend will "pack his bags" for good.
Another 2 weeks of waiting but as long as everything gets done properly I don't mind. He likes to do everything by the book and hates to work in a rush. And he only takes one car at a time, hence the waiting list.

So just a few more pics. I'm still waiting to receive pics with the front brakes fitted.
6,6 bar fuel filter fitted (1K0201051K):
I went for the smaller sway bars (26/22 mm) as this will be my daily drive and I've read better reviews for these.
H&R rear sway bar 22 mm:
R32 rear brakes with HEL braided brake lines:
Final result:
I hope I have more to share soon.
