Shoduchi:
Thanks mate! I hope I can share more updates this week still. :drinking:

Got the pictures from the front BBK fitting process! :pomppomp:
OEM brakes:
OEM discs (312 mm) vs MB GL450 discs (350 mm):
Brembo 18Z calipers with EBC Redstuff pads for Brembo 17Z:
Brembo calipers fitted with centering rings for the discs and bolt spacers for the calipers:
1,4 mm of space between caliper and wheel:
How they look fitted:
New front and rear brake setup fitted:
OEM vs Brembo 18Z:
My mechanic then went to do a full wheel alignment. He said the ride quality is better with the new dampers and springs. He still hasn't had time to bed in the brakes properly. At the moment the acceleration suffered from the weight of the new brake discs, as expected.
Other updates, I got an exhaust manifold heat shield from Creations Motorsport and it was cutting the cable of the lambda lead. It'll need an adjustment to correct it.
Not sure if tomorrow he'll have time to test the output in a dyno, but only after that he's going to start fitting the rest of the engine parts.

Yeah! I can't stop looking at the pictures.
Just had a short talk with my mechanic, he told me the brake pedal feel is much improved and he also confirmed that he's going to bed in the brakes before doing the dyno run today. :popcornsoda:
