Hi,

At the risk of asking something obvious if I want to fit a IC, sounds like Peron or THS are best. Will these fit without any body mods at all ?, do they come with complete fitting kits ?. Or is the only non body mod solution a twintercooler type setup ?.

What do you mean body mod?
They replace the stock intercooler using factory mounting points..

Are there any downsides to installing an aftermarket larger capacity intercooler?
I do understand it helps the vehicle cool the incoming air faster and keeps it cooler longer
Is it likely to make the car harder to get upto temp in the cooler months or any other issues?

Not seen a thread that lists the negatives associated with the various modifications we carry out on our vehicles
