uprated intank pump info - bear with me

Ok - i'm looking to see if theres any other real options for uprated intank pumps, i'm currently on stock gti @370 and i'm starting to feel slight surge at wot in 4th/5th/6th

unfortunately because mines in a touran the ttrs pump doesn't fit - not even close, i had to make a hybrid of touran / gti pump to get it in there.

ideally i'd like a drop in pump (just pump) no housings etc, there doesn't seem to be much around on offer.

if there's nothing suitable i guess i'll try a new OEM pump and another 6.6bar filter.

Ok so after posting on FB TFSI tuning page i spoke to alex (AKS) about my problem, he and Niki each had new pumps for testing, so i've managed to get one off Alex and will drop it in asap and see how it fairs

oh i bought a brand new OEM in tank pump but they revised the design meaning it's no longer compatable with my touran so if anyone needs one £130 posted (in classifieds)

Was wondering how this pump fared for you then overall? I'm running a mk5 gti, it's still K03 around 270ish bhp (or so the dyno says) but since my oem failed thought may aswel upgrade lol

was a good upgrade, no noise, cured my wobbly 4th gear wot problems and dropped in no probs.

will be having easy life at 270 i'm at 370 and was going to keep it for tte420 but going quattro now so need ttrs pump
